SO why do these Asians usually rise to the top of the academic world ?Because of their hard-working immigrant background?
That might seem to be the answer .But many top student are Asians no longer from immigrant families ,but form families which have lived in the U.S
for three ou four generation .Another theory that some scientists have suggested is that Asinas from Confucian cultures generally have a higher IQ because of having a culture with longer histroy of jobs that depended on brains rataher that just physical strength .This theory .though interesting ,is not supported by the facts ,as these Asians are not as a rule academically successful in other countries around the world.
