Abstract

As the sources of investment in modern society being variated, listed companies' activities are drawing extensive attention.
The most focused ones are the listed companies' economic indexes. Financial report is the main carrier of disclosed information by listed companies, and takes effect as the source of every economic index. Whether the report discloses the information sufficiently, promptly and accurately plays an significant role in decision-making process for listed companies. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the system of companies' financial reports disclosure. This paper introduced the information features of listed companies' financial reports and the existing problems in disclosure process. Furthermore, it deeply analyses the causes of the problems in both subjective and objective aspects, and pertinently provides the improving strategies regarding our country's listed companies' financial reports disclosure system to listed companies and security supervision and regulation department.
