5.10. Subject to other subclasses in clause 5, the Contractor specifically acknowledges that its company directors have a personal liability to ABC COMPANY for the full commercial value of all the Equipment supplied by ABC COMPANY to the Contractor until such time as the completion of all the Contracted Tasks. Under this clause, ABC COMPANY reserves its rights to reclaim the value of the Equipment in a way that it considers appropriate.

6. PAYEMENT
6.1. 6.2. All submitted and approved invoices of the Contractor for fees payable under this agreement will be paid on the first working Friday after 14 days from the date of receipt of the invoice by ABC COMPANY.

6.3. Payment to the Contractor of any fees arising in accordance with this Agreement is subject to ABC COMPANY or its dully appointed Representative receiving, no later than 5 (five) working days after completion of the installation, all the relevant and complete documentation required to claim the Small-scale Technology Certificates (STCs). Documentation delivery can be completed by:
a) email
b) Fax
c) Express post
d) Australia normal post
In all circumstances, original documentation must provided to ABC COMPANY.
