随着我国金融体制改革的深化及金融市场对外开放的不断推进，商业银行所面临的风险和竞争力与日俱增，提高竞争力成为中小型股份制商业银行生存发展的必由之路。本文选取了我国12家中小型股份制商业银行11项指标，以它们2013年的会计年度报告为为依据，运用因子分析法建立模型，并据此对其竞争力进行比较，分析我国中小型股份制商业银行在未来的发展道路上所存在的问题并提出对策建议。

This paper chooses 11 indexes of 12 Chinese small and medium-sized joint-stock commercial banks, in their annual report for 2013 of accounting as the basis, using the factor analysis method and establishing the model, and then compares their competitiveness, analysis of China's small and medium-sized joint-stock commercial banks which exists in the future on the road to development problems and propose countermeasures and suggestions.
