It's clear that, there must be a big gap of life period between being consumed only half an hour a day and 2 or 3 hours a day. The reason for us to give the guarantee like "4 hours per day and 2.5 to 3 year life cycle" is based on the situation of frequent consumption by user. In this case, we have the confidence in our product to have a life period for 3 to 5 years if it's used in normal condition. As for the saying by B0 as "7-10 years guaranteed", I really doubt about its reliability. In addition, our warranty period is one year, in case of any part damage, we can provide free replacement, and if the quantity is too large, we need cooperation of your company to provide the issue records.

You can try to think, the working life of average using several minutes and several hours definitely is different. We promised 4 hours per day and 2.5 to 3 years life cycle is presume customers used very frequently. I believe 3 to 5 years is no problem for our products. And I am very doubt Bo saying their product can using 7 to 10 years.

at ordinary times usage. Please think about it, consumer use ten minutes a day
on average and use 2-3 hours of life cycle is certainly not the same. We say
about 4 hours per day and 2.5 to 3 year life cycle refers to the consumers use
very frequent situation judgment. I believe that our products in normal use
conditions, using 3 to 5 years is no problem. As for BO said May 7 to 10 year we
doubt whether they really can do it. Our warranty period is 1 year, if the
machine is electric parts damaged, we can provide free spare parts replacement,
if large quantities need your company to provide complaint record

The working life is different between the machine which is used for several miniutes per day and one which is used for 2~3 hours per day. We said a machine can service about 4 hours per day and 2.5 to 3 year life cycle when a comsumer use it very frequnently. We believe our machines can safely work for 3~5 years if a machine works under a normal usage. We take a sceptical attitude for whether BO's machine can work 7~10 years.
We have a one year warranty. We can replace parts freely, if electric devices have something wrong. If large volume, we need you provide complains records.
