一、安装数量：2300只。
二、工程价格：48元/只。
三、工程总额：110400元。
四、付款条件：
1、双方签定本协议当日，甲方向乙方预付30%货款，即33120元。
2、乙方收到货款后，15日内将产品给甲方安装完毕。
3、甲方验收合格后，30日内总金额的50%即55200元支付给乙方。
4、在使用半年后无问题，则将总金额的10%即11040元支付给乙方。
5、在签定合同满1年内无问题，则将剩下的10%即11040元付清。
五、乙方售后承诺：
1、确保该产品与甲方原使用的“飞利浦”牌电感镇流器相比，节电率始终达到45%，如达不到45%，乙方向甲方赔偿差额部分。
2、乙方产品保用五年，五年内如有损坏，无条件以旧换新（如产品年损坏率达到3%即视为该产品为不合格产品，须全额赔偿给甲方，并终止合同），并按订购数量另配送5%产品，作为甲方日常备用，即2300x5%=115只。并给予甲方每只2元的维修费用。
3、当备用产品用掉70%左右时，甲方即通知乙方补货，乙方三日内送到，不得影响甲方使用，并取走损坏产品。
六、以上协议，双方必须严格遵守，如有违约，赔偿对方因此而带来的经济损失。
