The first three months of employment will be a probationary period. This contract may be terminated by either party by giving one week’s written notice within the first 3 months of his employment. Leave may not be taken during this probationary period.

4.2 The Manager shall at all times give promptly to the Management (in writing if so requested) all such information as the Management may reasonably require in relation to the conduct of the Business in so far as such information is, or ought to be, within the knowledge of the Manager and provide such explanations as the Management may require in connection therewith.
4.3 To the extent permitted by PRC law, the Manager is subject to a non-fixed working hour system and his working hours are not restricted by the normal office hours prescribed in the employee handbook of the Company.
4.4 Without the prior approval of the shareholders' meeting of the Company, in each and any instance the Manager shall not, during his employment, participate as shareholder, partner or in any other capacity be engaged in any company or enterprise other than the ISS Group. The Manager shall, however, be permitted to hold securities which are ordinarily used for investments, such as listed shares and bonds in companies that do not compete at any time with the ISS Group. With regard to any securities issued or guaranteed by the parent companies of the ISS Group, the Manager agrees to comply with the insider trading rules issued by the ISS Group from time to time.
4.5 The Manager accepts the ISS Group policy that all material agreements or commitments entered into on behalf of the Company must be co-signed by two directors of the Company.
